RTS Futures 48 Film Challenge
Valerie co-wrote 'Tomorrow' with Producer Luke Davies which was written, shot and edited in 48 hours. The finished film was nominated for a Royal Television Society Award.

Walking Bongo
A comedy duologue performed at The Horsham Arts Festival which won 'Best Writing Award' from London's Muse and Music Society. The script was adapted into a short film.

Inspector Hector Crime Detector
This short play was staged by Bluestocking Theatre Company at 53Two Theatre in Manchester.

Poems
Valerie's poem 'Idolatry' was a prize-winner in The Liverpool National Women's Day Poetry Competition,

and was published in L-Scene. Her poems have also been published in The Affectionate Punch and the In Praise of Poets Anthology by Anchor Books.
